Endings guide: what counts, and when to save
A spoiler-aware map of Justice, Forever, Abandoned and the two New Game+ endings.

Major ending spoilers below. This is a planning guide, not a retelling of the final scenes. The precise numerical threshold for every normal ending is not yet established by the source used here.
Five known endings
According to the linked PowerPyx ending research, the first playthrough can finish with Justice, Forever or Abandoned. Dog and Sci-fi require New Game+. The three ordinary endings depend on the balance between enemies killed and Discoveries found. Discoveries count clues and documents; other collectibles are separate. The two special New Game+ routes override the ordinary result when their item steps are completed.
Plan your first run
For a Justice attempt, search thoroughly for clues and documents, and bypass enemies where practical. Abandoned trends toward high kills and few discoveries. Forever lies between them, with the exact margin still uncertain. Avoid treating a particular kill count from someone else's run as a guarantee, since the relationship depends on how many discoveries you picked up.
Before crossing a chapter boundary, search desks, walls, drawers and computers. Some collectibles are missable because sections cannot be replayed freely. If you care about several endings, keep separate manual saves at major transition points rather than overwriting one slot.
New Game+ special routes
The Dog route uses three coins placed into matching Guide Dog banks across the New Game+ journey. The first Bronze Coin is in the back room of Video Star in Shorefront South; the nearby bank is on Main Street before the Pharmacy. Later coins are in later sections, so do not expect the first coin alone to trigger the ending.
The Sci-fi route requires its own sequence of special interactions and can trigger before the usual final encounter. If pursuing both special endings, save before completing either route and follow a dedicated checklist for the remaining item locations. Their requirements are more sensitive to missed steps than the ordinary kill/discovery balance.
Useful save checkpoints
PowerPyx's multi-ending route recommends a manual save in Part 4, Chapter 10 before opening the CEG Tower gate, and another in Part 6, Chapter 15 before turning the red crank that releases the container. These are branching checkpoints for revisiting ending conditions, not a promise that every earlier missed collectible can be recovered.
